Estonia uses a digital toll system called Teetasu for heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) on motorways and expressways. The electronic toll is linked to your vehicle registration number and can be purchased online instantly. Only HGVs over 3.5t require toll payment; passenger cars are exempt.

Passenger Vehicles
Passenger cars and light commercial vehicles up to 3.5t are exempt from toll requirements.
State Services
Vehicles of state services, emergency services, and military are exempt.
The fine for using toll roads without a valid electronic toll can be up to €400.
